This week has been extra special for me. It’s my last October break as a mom of one and Jude and I filled it with a million and one adventures. We took Jude to ride Thomas the train last weekend, spent a day at Happy Hallow, and finished off this week with a full day at Disneyland. He was an absolute trooper, considering the 2.5 hour delay at the car rental on Thursday evening, which meant we didn’t get to eat dinner until after 10:00 p.m., the following day started off rough for the little guy. Poor Jude was not a fan of standing in lines, but after every ride we literally had to pry him off.  He wouldn’t let go and tried to cling on for dear life. It was a fun family moon and I’m glad that we were able to fit it in, before Baby Yu #2 arrives in December. Every weekend feels like a race to squeeze in as much as we can and I’m glad that we were even able to fit in a dinner date with the Yang’s and have our two boys run around like little maniacs while we were at Disneyland. We’re going to try to make the most of the time we have left as a family of three. May the countdown begin!
