“Time is a game played beautifully by children.” -Heraclitus
On Friday, I took Jude to Happy Hallow for a playdate with my mom. It was the first time my mom has been back to the park since I was a kid. More than two decades later, she was stepping foot back into the park with her grandson for the first time. It was fun for both of us to just watch Jude’s face light up at just about everything. He was absolutely beaming. I mean, just look at the way he rides that ladybug. Who else rides that bug like a teenage boy?
This place is worth every penny. It’s practically Disneyland for Jude, without the long lines and crazy wait. All I need is 2 hours at Happy Hallow and I can have the rest of the afternoon to clean, while he sleeps.
