Jude hasn’t seen his Uncle Abe since Christmas, but it just blows my mind how easily he remembered him. While we Facetimed yesterday in anticipation of his arrival today, he ran over to the fridge to point up at the photo of him. It was so special to see how easily they two of them bonded, making it easy for me to get whatever I needed done. Beyond capturing their special moments together, I cannot get over Juju’s new “on demand” cheesing face. You’ll be seeing a lot more of his scrunchy, squinty, big ol’ teeth. We didn’t get to Napa until late tonight, but I’m so glad that we still made the trip! As always, Bouchons was fabulous, Silver Oak didn’t disappoint for these two who’ve never been, and we had fun trying out a new restaurant called R&D.
