All my bags are packed and I’m ready to fly to Chicago, but before I do so, I wanted to share some photos from my birthday outing with my mom. If you ever need a special place to take photos for a project, this place is a must see. For someone like me who has a black thumb, as opposed to a green thumb the only way for me to enjoy beautiful flowers is to see it in someone else’s garden or to handpick them at a local farmers market stall. I’ved tried. I swear, but everything always seems to die. I bought my first succulent a week ago, so far so good! Hopefully these photos will inspire me to remember to feed my plants…
